Gene D Krist, President

Gene is a chemical engineer who graduated from the Colorado School of Mines, and he first started working at CFM Company in 1995. Formerly the Director of Engineering Sales and VP of Operations, he became the President in 2010. Gene has significant expertise in cooling towers, chillers, flow management and controls, and variable frequency drives.

Mark S.

Mark Setter, Director, Air Distribution Sales Team

Mark started working at CFM Company in 1994 after working for a number of HVAC equipment manufacturers. He is the account manager for some of our largest sheet metal contractors, and manages our air distribution sales team. He has a lot of experience in air distribution, fans, VAV terminals, and gas-fired make-up air units.

Justin D.

Justin Dunkin, Director, North, South & West Satellite Offices

Justin started working at CFM Company in 2002 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with an Architectural Engineering degree. He began his work as an application engineer, then joined the End User Sales Team, and afterwards began to work in contractor sales and managing our Fort Collins office. He now manages all of the CFM Company satellite offices. Justin is extremely knowledgeable about cooling towers, heat exchangers, custom air handling units, and variable frequency drives.

Brent S.

Brent Snider, Director, Mechanical Equipment Sales

Brent joined CFM Company in 2011 after being a sales representative for York International and a sales team manager for Johnson Controls Inc. Prior to that, he graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in chemical engineering. Brent works directly with mechanical contractors and consulting engineers, and manages the mechanical equipment sales team. He is very knowledgeable about chillers, custom air handling units, DX equipment, and pumping systems.

Larry G.

Larry Gelin, Director of Engineering Sales

Larry joined CFM Company in 2003. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from UW-Madison and an MS in mechanical engineering from UT-Austin. Larry manages both the End User Sales Team and the Engineering Sales Team. He is very experienced in sound and vibration control, pumping systems, energy recovery systems, and heat pumps.

Phil A.

Phil Abeyta, Manager of Technical Support

Phil is an industry veteran with experience as a service contractor and as the tech lead for other major brands of HVAC equipment. He joined CFM Company in 2020 after working at Western Mechanical Solutions, ACA Denver Boiler, Colorado HVAC and AMS. Phil is expert in DX systems, gas systems, chiller controls, and commissioning.
